Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data Bimmy (provided by Drumtix Ltd) has collected about you, including data collected via a connected social media platform (such as Facebook, Instagram or TikTok).

How to request deletion

Email support@getbimmy.com from the address associated with your Bimmy account and ask us to delete your data. Include the name of your organization and, if your request relates to a specific connected platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram or TikTok), which one.

What gets deleted

We'll delete your account, the content stored in Bimmy, and any stored access tokens for platforms you've connected. If you only want a specific platform disconnected rather than your whole account deleted, you can also do that yourself at any time from your account settings, which immediately revokes Bimmy's access to that platform.

Response time

We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days.
